Congratulations to Lena Ivanoff, Jordan Katchtag, and Kaylea Eller who will be representing Alaska at Nationals for Acadeca competition this year.
Nationals will be April 28 to May 1.
If your student is absent due to illness, quarantine, or any other reason, parents need to notify the office.

BSSD will be sending a team to the virtual national competition! They will represent Alaska in the Division IV competition.

ASAA needs our state qualifiers by March 21. Therefore we moved the last weekend up. The change to the mitigation format was approved.
Region 1 announced that Unalakleet will host the Great AK Conf. Tournament on March 18-19 with Bristol Bay, Point Hope, and Selawik.

Craft’s Corner:
We will not be going Distance Delivery after Spring Break. If the 2A tournament takes place, it will be during the week of Spring Break and all teams should have departed by Saturday and we will have plenty of time to clean the building and reopen on Monday, March 22nd.

The Alaska Migrant Education Program is conducting our annual study of the needs of families of migratory children and youth through the Migrant Parent Survey and the Migrant Staff Survey.
The 2021 Parent Survey (www.surveymonkey.com/r/2021MEPParentSurvey) can be completed online.
The 2021 Staff Survey (www.surveymonkey.com/r/2021MEPStaffSurvey) can be completed online as well. This is for staff who work with migratory children.
These online surveys will remain open through March 30, 2021.
